Everything was great about Marina Homestay and ended up staying for many days. It’s a nice place in a spacious open field, though the most impressive thing was the staff and owners they are an inspirational family and I felt warmly welcomed which was a delightful surprise. There was group from Thailand staying there who were also very friendly and welcoming too which all contributed to my stay and wholesome experience of Bodh Gaya after 20 years since my first visit there… Marina home stay is a little away from the main Maha Bodhi temple but this means that it’s a quiet peaceful place and there are some local temples close by like the 21 Tara Devi temple which is exquisite. So really Marina home stay was perfect for me and well recommended. Thank you 👁️🙏👁️

Eg they were very considerate for my check-in which was quite late, helped us book a car for a day trip to Nalanda and for my night drive to the train station. Room is spacious and comfortable. There is a nice clean kitchen and a washing machine for your laundry. Cute little puppy will meet you at the yard :)
