The homestay has family rooms. Roney and Divya were superb hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Roney brought me speciality indian teas regularly and advised me on the best sights to see (of which the Edakkal caves ...6000 b C cave carvings only 8,ks away) was an absolute must. The upstairs guest level is the highest level of luxury decor I've come across in India. Marble floors, beautiful bathroom/toilet, aircon, and a lovely large balcony with hanging cane chair to enjoy the jungle view. I couldn't rate this homestay too highly

Hot water and good wifi. The owners were lovely and accomodating, preparing a yummy breakfast for us even when we had to leave early. Highly recommend staying here.

We arrived, saw the room, and immediately booked an extra night. Tibin was a great host. He made sure we were comfortable and booked taxis and tuk tuks for us. He took us on a really informative coffee plantation tour, including seeing it harvested. The room was big, clean, comfortable, and a great balcony overlooking the plantation. The location is a little way from town, but a few minutes in a tuk tuk. We hired a scooter to get about. We were also looked after by Mr Purushothaman, who cooked some incredible Kerela food, and Mr Puttannan, who made sure we'd got everything we needed. He also showed us things in the plantation and was very proud of it. This was one of the best homestay's we've stayed in, and will hopefully return one day!

Guests can enjoy a meal at an outdoor dining area at the homestay. We were served delicious breakfast. The location was exactly what we were looking for..quiet and peaceful. The hosts are warm and welcoming, making you feel at home instantly. There are places of interest nearby which one can visit.
