Situated just 26 km from Catania Piazza Duomo, Etna Exclusive provides accommodation in Ragalna with access to pool with a view, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. We had reserved rooms with "mountain view", but the rooms were actually on the backside of the building with views of the valley rather than Etna. After much discussion, we were able to pay an extra 20 Euro per room to move to suites with Etna view. The only rooms with Etna view are the three suites with jacuzzi baths, all on the ground floor. The pool is nice, but really doesn't have much of a view as there is a large building next door.blocking the view. The suites were very modern with comfortable beds.

The room was really nice, clean, we had a good breakfast and especially the owner who is very helpfull and friendly. Our stay was the best because of him. We highly recommend this place!🥰

The location was perfect—just a 5 to 8-minute walk to the old town and city center. The view from our apartment was absolutely stunning, and to our surprise, we even had a private whirlpool on the terrace, which we really enjoyed. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, and had everything we needed. We felt incredibly comfortable and at home throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Also there is a tennis court and table tennis with equipment, we enjoyed it so much!! The owner and workers are super kind and nice, always wanted to make us feel like at home. We only spent 2nights there but if we could, we would have loved to extend our stay 🫶🏻

Santa was an exceptional host and took our booking on a very short notice. Our stay at another location was blocked off by police due to weather or an accident. I literally booked the stay driving down Mt Etna and showed up within 30min so I really appreciate Santa for accommodating us. The property is very close to a parking area and not on a busy street. Everything was incredibly clean and modern. The living room was very comfy to work in and WiFi was really fast. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic!!
