As expected, my last stay at Scaravelli was phenomenal - the staff was extremely professional, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. And they succeeded 100%! So much so, that I decided to take a family vacation and booked Scaravelli for that - cannot wait to be back in Mantova!

I have never written a review before but our stay at Casa Margarita was very special. Barbara communicated with us before our, arrival and worked with us about where to park and gave us info on how to navigate the city..Our room was very spacious. the location was right in the center. Breakfast included ham, cheese, yogurt, croissants and more. . Barbara was warm and gracious, just a lovely host. Mantova is a wonderful city, definitely worth seeing. Stay at Casa Margarita you will not be disappointed.

We would definitely stay again! The housekeeper (sorry, I wish I could remember her name!) was wonderful. She offered to call a taxi for us the morning we left and insisted on staying with us in front of the building to make sure our taxi arrived. She went above and beyond to help us. Amazing location: safe area next to the old town - 5 mins easy walk to restaurants and centre square, 10 mins walk to the castle. The building is old but the apartments are very recently renovated. Everything is clean and in good order, with high quality bathroom and kitchen facilities. Supermarket literally in the same building - very handy.
