Some people won't like that it's 20 to 30 minutes walk from the train station, but I found walking through the neighborhood streets really great. There are also several great local neighborhood restaurants within five to 10 minutes away. The staff are very accommodating. Everything is new and the beds were very comfortable

Nice bathroom with separated toilet. Glimpse of Mt Fuji from the 1st floor apartment window. We only spent one night but found this to be the best value option in Kofu. Self check in was a multi step process as some of the reviews say buy it's ok if you follow the instructions in the right order. Have fun with it!

Had a great stay with Elia and Yurie! They also picked me up and brought me from the train station. The house is a traditional Showa era home with beautiful tatami flooring. They also gave me some great recommendations for places in Matsumoto. If you need to recharge this is a great place. Having a bike was an amazing way to get around and see the surrounding area and city. Bedankt voor alles! En helemaal voor de fiets!

All of the staff were wonderful, especially Tahiki who helped us driving us to the slopes and booking restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble.
