The room is very nice for the price, everything you need and no more, understanding that you're gonna be sharing the space with other travelers (plus hanging out over breakfast is very nice). Well-connected thanks to the streetcar, which makes it only 20 minutes to the city center. I genuinely only had positive experiences with this guest house, and the "negative points" are just nitpicks.

Located on the slopes of Niseko Moiwa, the property provides a free shuttle to the Niseko Annpuri ski lifts under a 5-minute drive away. Facilities include a bar and billiard table, while skiing lessons and free WiFi are available. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 kids, with ample space for our 5 pieces of luggage. The large toilet was a nice touch. However, we found some bugs in the room, both dead and alive. Additionally, our room was close to the reception, so at night, we could hear people talking and coming in and out from the lodge main door, making it difficult to sleep. The soundproofing of the room door could be improved. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, being very close to the ski resort with a kind of ski-in ski-out, within walking distance.
