The provided manual and instructions were very clear and easy to follow with pictures on point. Very good wifi. The host (Kasuki) has left a welcome card on my mother language which was exceptionally sweet and thoughtful. Also came at the very beginning to greet us and make sure we understood everything and have settled well. Offered several times to help us with transport when he was near the building on rainy days and provided us with tips and advices for events that were happening during our stay. Exceptional and very appreciated care, thank you, Kasuki. Since it is Tokyo and everything is very close to each other, there were provided ear plugs for more sensitive to noise people - for us the noise was from the train was not a problem. My friend loved the opportunity to take long and relaxing baths in the japanese bath. Would definitely book again if I have a stay in Tokyo.

The place is hardly 10 mins walk from Sakurajosui station and has direct connectivity to Shinjuku station. There's also a few eateries that stay open till late, plus few Gyudon restaurants that serve 24/7 with 7-eleven and Family Mart nearby. Overall an exceptional property if you want peace of mind and home-like stay.

Tetsuji and Yoko were amazing hosts! They were the kindest couple! The sleeping rooms were beautiful with tatami mat floors and rice paper screens. We went in the winter, so it was a bit cold, but the room comes with a kotatsu table (low table with a built in heater and blanket) and it was amazingly cozy. The view from the room is also incredible, overlooking a ravine with a rushing river. In the morning the made us a delicious breakfast of rice, soup, salted fish, mountain yam and an assortment of other goodies for only ¥1000! They have cats on premise, fyi if you’re allergic, they were only with us at breakfast (obviously not in our rooms) but they are such sweet kitties! From Tersuji and Yoko, to the cozy vibes, to the attentiveness and care - It was like being taken care of by my own grandparents!
