For instance, one day, we had a problem with an electrical socket: we were immediately offered to move to another house or wait for repairs. The house was cleaned every day. The food in the cafe was delicious and worth the money. We highly recommend this place if you want to relax and enjoy nature! We will be happy to come here again)

I loved it here and will make a point stay here again the next time I visit Kep.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. We spend only 2 nights here, but it’s feel just like home. The guesthouse is located not far from pepper farms, and many others attractions. The room either fan room or bungalow are both really nice, clean, everything you need. You can’t ask for more. The guesthouse surrounding is so beautiful, mango trees everywhere, flowers… lots of tanks with fish, and at the back a little lake with a kitchen for the one who stay bungalow. Attached to the guesthouse you will find a restaurant & bar which served amazing French & khmer food. The owner are very friendly and helpful and make you really this home feeling. Also the owner of the guesthouse who make sure everything is okay and he is really careful. It’s such a lovely welcoming and atmosphere along the stay. We are coming back after our short trip to Vietnam and I am already so impatient.

At the homestay, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. We had a great time with great owners. We were greeted at the front by Mel who offered us a cold glass of water. The villa is spectacular it’s the most comfortable bed I have ever lay on! The room was lovely and smelled amazing. It’s like a 5 star hotel but with the bonus of having home cooked food, cakes and drinks. Very reasonable prices and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants to live in beautiful surroundings, with lovely owners, and where it’s so quiet and peaceful at night. They also have a beautiful swimming pool and a rather extensive library which is great to unwind in after a long day at the beach! Ten out of ten all round. Will definitely be going back.

Everyone here is friendly,not only with great food but more importantly a sense of family.As a solo traveler and missing that connection it has been an invaluable experience. I would say more but I fear I would not get a booking.As far too busy. Happy days

The sun terrace on the top floor is a dream and the free wonky bicycle rental really was perfect. The room itself was biiiig and the building must have been built smartly, as even though we only used a fan it wasn’t too hot at all. The location is good too, it’s close to a cheapish guesthouse and many local shops along the main road. The bed was super cosy and the hosts were very helpful too with onward travel and scooter rental.

Fantastic property backing onto the National Park. The wooden bungalow is charming. No bathroom or shower for these but there are 2 toilets and 2 showers for the 3 huts so not congested. Other bungalows are all en suite. Pool is stunning. Great lighting in the bungalow which is much appreciated. Lionel the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful and can arrange anything. About 10 minutes to the Crab market and restaurants but recommend a scooter so you can really get out and about.
