We were met by Asai who explained everything we needed to know including payments, food options, rentals etc. Bungalows are lovely and have a fan which was absolutely fine for us. There are only 6 and they are spaced out from each other so you feel you have privacy. Each bungalow had a nice outdoor seating area. The restaurant served amazing food, we had breakfast every day and dinner once and was really good with very, very generous portions! It's also a lovely setting and if you climb a few stairs there is a rooftop platform for lounging on. Kayaks are available for rental which would be perfect as the property is based amongst the mangroves, unfortunately we didn't get to to this as they were booked out! And yes, the river otter is still there and very cute! You will hear him coming when the dogs go mental lol. As per other reviews it is in a rural location, however based on our research of reviews and being able to ride bikes, this was no problem for us. However even if you don't drive, its a great location for just chilling and relaxing! Property can also support you with tuk tuks to and from the pier. We had a great stay, thank you to Lin, Asai, Lily and family!

I had an amazing stay at Dahlia Guesthouse 🌸 Ellen was incredibly helpful from the moment I booked, and her warm welcome made me feel right at home. The guesthouse was perfect - clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. I didn’t want to leave. Thank you again, Ellen, for an unforgettable stay. Firefly Guesthouse is situated in Koh Rong Island. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The guest house has family rooms. Beautiful location with a great deck area to relax and soak in the views, as well as enjoy the sunrise over the sea. The hosts were very friendly & the food delicious. We enjoyed visiting Lonely Beach during the day, a lovely quiet beach which is within walking distance (around 40 mins).

Situated in Kaôh Rŭng (4), Blondies Koh Rong Bungalow features accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Rooms include a patio with garden views. The location of the bungalow was great, in easy reach of restaurant and the piers. The best of our stay were the pavilions with available hammocks overlooking the sea and bay in front of the bungalows. Johny was a great help during our stay and welcomed us with a cold drink. He also organised a scooter and an amazing boat tour. A water tank is provided which is very much appreciated.

The units at the homestay are equipped with a seating area. With a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, units at the homestay also offer free WiFi. At the homestay, every unit has bed linen and towels. The owner was super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I loved the location 200m up the road from the beach, close enough to be convenient to everywhere but far enough away to have a silent night's sleep. The restaurant directly across the road is probably the best in Mpay Bay too.

It is situated less than 1 km from M’Pai Bay Wild Beach and offers luggage storage space. The rooms are fitted with a patio with views of the quiet street. Mela is an amazing host at this guesthouse. She thinks of everything for the customers, and she is a great cook. Mela is also super helpful answering questions and helping with anything you need.

My go-to when visiting the islands 😁

Guests at the homestay will be able to enjoy activities in and around Koh Rong Sanloem, like hiking. Location is a bit further from "center" so it's more quiet. And nothing is really far anyway. Large mosquito net and comfy bed. Friendly owner, Simon even lent me some fishing gear.
