From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized by Buddika, who managed our transfers, meals, accommodation, and safari experience with incredible professionalism and kindness. He personally arranged our pick-up from Negombo, coordinated the drive to Wilpattu, and took care of every detail of our stay. The following day, we enjoyed a full-day safari in Wilpattu National Park, which I highly recommend! We were lucky enough to spot sloth bears, leopards, and elephants—a truly unforgettable experience. Moni Farmhouse is brand new and beautifully designed. It felt like staying in a private suite surrounded by nature, offering peace, comfort, and total immersion in the wilderness. All our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—were freshly prepared and delicious. After our stay, Buddika also arranged our transfer to Anuradhapura, making everything seamless and stress-free. We are deeply grateful to Buddika for his warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. Thanks to him, our journey through Sri Lanka started in the best possible way. Highly recommended!

Offering free bikes and garden view, Wilpattu Mookalan Resort is set in Habawewa, 39 km from Kumbichchan Kulama Tank and 39 km from Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. The guest house features family rooms. Excellent location, few steps from the gate of the National Park! Room was very comfortable and very clean. Bed was super comfortable too and mosquito net provided. Air con was a welcome relief from the heat. Bathroom was also spacious and clean, hot water was great. The owner was the sweetest man, his nephew messaged to ask if I wanted dinner, I declined, but the owner knocked on my door to give me fruit and ice cream so I wouldn’t go hungry at night. So sweet! His nephew also provided me with a welcome drink and even took me on the safari. Highly recommend doing the safari with them, they were the most affordable and they really considered what animals I wanted to see and tried their best to find them. The breakfast, lunch and snacks were so good! I was very well fed! They were very accommodating to me and really put in effort to help me when my card had issues. I will definitely stay with them again.

The owners were so nice and welcoming... i am gluten free and they tried their best to understand what is that to adapt my breakfast 🍳 Egg Hoppers were super good!! They arranged it for me and there is always fresh juice, fruit and something sweet and coffee or tea. They take your pictures for your memories 🤗 There is a walk path just behind and you can have an early or evening walk if you want through very very beautiful scenery!! Several light points with warm light! You will understand this comment when you travel around sri lanka..they normally use really white light lights! The warm color was very nice

Nice Hotel with a very lovely host who is also active for development on his veautygul country. Also his employees are very kind and helpful. Very comfortable beds in the spacious rooms. Clean and good functional bathrooms... At arriving, we received very delicious pancakes and tea. But not only we, also our driver got something and that was very lovely and kind as everything in this perfect home-stay.

And the best is the hospitality of the hosts, and how Jeewa helped me plan my days, always with the best experiences and best prices. I LOVED staying there. I will for sure go back if I come again to sri lanka !!
