We have just left this place. The owner is one of the nicest bloke going So easy-going and welcoming. It was a genuine home from home stay If I ever were to come back to Jaffna, I would not have hesitation in staying here. He has taken some very simple and effective measures to keep the mossies out. Breakfast was excellent He has only 2 rooms I would STRONGLY ADVISE that you book this well in advance. I am 100% confident that people will not be disappointed unless you are the type of person who prefers a really high-end 5-star luxurious stay. In which case you pay the price accordingly. This place offers excellent service and has to be best value for the money

It is probably the best place we have stayed in Sr Lanka. The room was well maintained,large ,nice comfortable , and clean. The breakfast was good , and we enjoyed the Jaffna breakfast. Absolutely lovely stay at Munril Guest! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with both air conditioning and a fan. The villa itself is beautiful, with a peaceful and green setting just a few minutes by tuk-tuk from the city center, a perfect balance of quiet and convenience. The facilities are excellent, but what really stands out is the incredible friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. They even offered free rides to local sights, which was a wonderful bonus. Breakfast was also delicious and well-prepared. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaffna!
