The room is super comfortable and clean and has a mosquito net and hot water! The home stay is also the walking distance to lion rock which makes it super easy to get to. I cannot thank everyone at Saman Home stay enough for making my trip so memorable!

A well designed room with plugs strategically placed for convenience. Breakfast was really good, kids loved the coconut roll. Garden around the home is really beautiful. Convenient location, just a couple of minutes walk out to the Main Street with restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend booking at Sigiriya Moonlight Home. We would book again.

As an added convenience, Pidurangala View Treehouse offers packed lunches for guests to bring on excursions and other trips off-property. I loved sleeping in a forest-like environment. I really missed it, and this treehouse was a lovely stay in that regard. The noise/sounds/music from the forest at night is the best. We really enjoyed everything: the treehouse, the view on the rock, the Loris tour at night, the breakfasts/lunches/dinners, and the simple but clean facilities, the safari... Make sure to discuss with the host about the different activities you can do around the rock (time, price, etc.). The host will help you out the best that he can, including dropping you at 5am at the bottom of the rock if necessary! Very kind family, business encouraged, I would come back there 100%.
