For 3 people there were 2 king beds with mosquito net and ac. Decent bathroom with heater. In the affordable price range it is worth it. Owner was very friendly and shared few srilankan coins as my 13 year old son is coin collector so as her son. They have huge collection of bank note collection in their office space. Impressive. She was so kind and helpful, helped us organize an elephant safari for the morning which was also amazing. They cooked us a delicious dinner and breakfast the following morning. Would definitely recommend.

A homestay with one room for travellers. (There is a second for drivers.) The facility is one year old (March 2025). Spacious neat room and new bathroom. A terrace with an outdoor lounge, with a lot of plants and decoration from local craft. The host Samanti has made much effort to make a cosy place of the homestay. Very quiet place - you hear only the sound of birds. Tea, coffee and drinking water the whole day. Extensive and delicious breakfast and dinner. The husband is also tuktukdriver. Both are very friendly, sincere and caring. They make the house to a little paradise in Sigiriya.
