The location was perfect, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and more. The breakfast made by the owner and his family was stellar as well. It was one of the best ones we have eaten in Sri Lanka. It is optional though, so you can opt out, but you would be missing out!! We met some great people as well during breakfast, which gave a bit of a homely feeling, this was perfect. The room was super clean, the airconditioning cold, and the stay was just about perfect. We miss it already!

Rooms are to a very very high standard - spacious room, plenty of space to store luggage, solid desk/chair, beautiful balcony with comfortable chairs and stunning sea & sunset views, large four poster bed with clean linen and comfortable, good AC. Overall the room is just high spec with high quality materials and furniture used. Bathroom too was to the same high standard - stone floor, large sink and mirror, good shower with hot water if desired. Cannot fault the room at all. Staff all super friendly and smiling all the time. Breakfast, Sri lankan or western, was very good too. I had sri lankan each day which was always delicious. Free purified water on tap in the communal area. You can walk into Mirissa around 15 mins along a busy ish road, or grab a tuk, there's plenty of them. Best stay I had in 3 weeks, and very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again travelling solo or with a partner.

Jungle feeling, especially in the morning when the monkeys set up there playground around the guest house. Really close to beach and sunset bar!

The room was lovely with a comfortable bed that had a mosquito net. The bathroom was very cool with an open roof and palm tree in the middle. The wifi and air conditioning worked well. The location was close to restaurants, walking distance to Hiriketiya beach and Dickwella beach and ATMs. Also the bus stop was close by too. The man who runs this hotel was super helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much here we decided to extend for an extra night.

We stayed in the small room attached to the main house; it was perfect for us! The bathroom was sooo beautiful haha it was like an outdoor shower surrounded by rocks (pictures on the listing don’t do it justice!!). The bed was super comfy and the AC worked great! It was so nice to come back to the cool space after a day in the heat. Make sure you keep the bathroom door closed or else the mosquitoes will find their way in! The kitchen we were able to use was great and had everything we needed. Lovely family running the place as well. Location was also really nice, jungle beach is close and there’s a nice restaurant next door. Would definitely recommend!!
