Tucked away from the main streets, but close for an easy walk to the beach and shops. Mama Yati and Papa Mas cannot do enough to help. They will sort any problems and help with day trips. Breakfast is lovely and freshly prepared for you, along with tea/coffee. There’s a great communal area to meet and chat with other travelers. Currently under construction are individual chalets, some with hot tubs/pools. They will be amazing to stay in soon. Great value with the friendliest hosts you could ask for.

Pondok Keladi Langkawi Guesthouse er gististaður með sameiginlegri setustofu í Pantai Cenang, 1,3 km frá Pantai Tengah-strönd, 1,5 km frá Cenang-strönd og 1,5 km frá sædýrasafninu Underwater World... Everything was perfect, the place is very cozy and quiet. Still it’s a walkable distance to the beach and the Main Street. There’s a nice common sitting area, a water dispenser and tea. Dee was super nice and helpful. The dusty leaf monkeys roaming nearby were a cherry on top.

We loved the little secluded huts and the field with cows that would come overnight and leave in the day. It was nice and calm, which was a good break from the tourist packed beaches and perfect for a nice swim in the pool after a long day. The owner was the nicest woman and had the cutest cats. She was always ready to help us. She had excellent recommendations and told us stories about Langkawi’s history and legends, which only added to the magical feeling of this oasis. A lovely stay that made this trip so memorable!

In need of a change of scenery after a few tough years back home, we found ourselves in Langkawi—spoiled for choice, yet lucky enough to stumble upon this hidden gem. From the moment we arrived at Kawah Padi Garden Villa, we were welcomed like old friends rather than guests. Manager Afeq and his team of volunteers—Mabel, Aleem, and Enzo—proved to be a group of sweet, genuine, and kindhearted people who played a major part in making our stay unforgettable. This homestay is ideally located in the heart of Langkawi, making it easy to explore the entire island with the scooter they arranged for us. We initially booked for five nights but ended up staying for four more—proof of how much we enjoyed our time here. And we’ll certainly be returning to see how Mun and his team continue to shape this special place over time.

The Temak Villa er með útsýni yfir innri húsgarðinn og býður upp á gistirými með svölum, í um 700 metra fjarlægð frá Pantai Tengah-ströndinni. Gistihúsið býður upp á ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis bílastæði.... The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The villa was spacious enough for 3 of us and the pool area was lovely.

Soluna Guest House er staðsett í Pantai Cenang, 600 metra frá Cenang-ströndinni, og býður upp á gistingu með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, sameiginlegri setustofu og verönd. Beautiful place with kitchen, fridge, hamacs... Good location, near from the beach (5min by foot). There are a lot of cute cats. You can also rent a motorbike.

Set in Pantai Cenang, 1.6 km from Cenang Beach and 1.5 km from Underwater World Langkawi, Bloc Guesthouse offers spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The guesthouse was in very calm area of langkawi. I highly recommend for solo traveler or couple to rent a scooter( available close to the accommodation) The room was clean, Aircon was working good, bathroom was clean and pressure in the water very good. Even if we are in the middle of " camping" area, the " sounds" of roosters didn't bother me. I stayed 2 nights and I had relaxing sleeping. About the owner, bell he was helpful from the welcoming moment to the departure. He is the one who prepared various breakfast. I had one of the best roti canai the first morning and omelette/ potatoes/fruits the second morning. For summarize and joining the previous comments, it is a place I highly recommend for the nature lovers and for the one who don't want to stay close to the noisy area of pantai cenang.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Inspire Rooms Langkawi is located in Pantai Cenang. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. If I could give 100 stars, I would! Staying at Langkawi Inspire Room was an absolute dream. Larry was the perfect host—kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful, even with my very late check-in. He made sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions with such warmth and patience. The location is unbeatable: peaceful and quiet, yet only about a 7-minute walk to the beach. It’s much more tranquil compared to the central alley, which made for a truly relaxing stay. The room itself is spacious, extremely comfortable, and beautifully designed. Every corner is filled with thoughtful artistic touches—pieces of art and photos that give the space such character. The bathroom is brand new and spotless, stocked with lovely organic shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen was another highlight, complete with complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, fresh oranges, and biscuits. The fridge was even stocked with soda and beer for a small extra charge—super convenient! This was hands down my favorite accommodation during my two-month trip across Asia. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot, and I can’t wait to return. Thank you, Larry, for creating such a wonderful space!
