Dora told us about all the stuff we can do in Boquete, about the people and their farm. Its a very familiar atmosphere in which we felt instantly like home. Also very nice garden and good kitchen. A little ways out of town up the mountain with gorgeous views down towards Boquete. If you don’t mind not being walking distance to downtown- which we didn’t mind- it is a gorgeous place to stay.

The owner, Volker, met us upon arrival. He showed us around & gave us pertinent info about wi-fi, Netflix, etc... The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was great size. The rain shower head had great water pressure & the water was nice & hot! Every morning at 7:30am on the dot, 2 freshly baked rolls were delivered just in time for breakfast. The location was perfect. It's off the main street. So it was easy to rest at night. Yet, it was just a 5 minute walk to the town square. When we return to Boquete, we'll definitely stay here again.

I love the location of the Casita as it's nestled in a small neighborhood outside of town, surrounded by natural sounds. Yes, it's a decent walk (or taxi ride) to town, but I was prepared for this before my stay, so it didn't bother me. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe knowing staff were nearby in case of anything, and I loved having my own kitchen.
