She was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. We stayed 4 nights. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a great bed and bathroom. Geraldine cleaned our room after 2 nights too. There was a lovely roof top terraceand we were able to use the kitchen, we made 2 breakfasts and 2 evening meals. Geraldine offered a laundry service and we were thrilled to get our clothes back in 3 hours !!! 24 hour security and lift as it is on 9th floor. Easy to find from Geraldine’s directions. Great location 5 minutes from Kennedy Park and the centre of Mireflores. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you

The neighborhood was quiet. We had a nice shower. There were not many stores and restaurants nearby. We ordered delivery food. They have a kitchen in the common area and we were able to find some utensils. The owner is a very nice guy. He gave us a lift to the airport at 5am for only 25 soles.

Breakfast was delicious (omelette, bread, fruit, fruit juice and tea/coffee delivered to the room. It's a family home with 4 rooms for travellers. Not the Ritz, but a really pleasant place to stay. Very good value. I would certainly stay here again.

Boasting a bar and a shared lounge, Ana Frank Boutique Hotel is situated in Lima, 700 meters from Huaca Pucllana and 300 meters from Kennedy Park. Everything. We had an amazing stay! The owner is super friendly and was extremely helpful. If we ever come back to Lima, we most definitely stay here again.
