Even if it was a last-minute booking, they accommodated us without any hassle. The place was clean, and for the rate we paid, it definitely exceeded expectations. The bathroom was especially nice and well-maintained. the kitchen is separate from the room, but that wasn't a problem for us at all. We also requested a late check-out, and even with another guest scheduled to come in, they were kind enough to accommodate our request. Overall, a great value and a pleasant experience.

The place is newly erected, they were not that prepared too much and i guess we were probably the first or second guest because some rooms have still bit of dust from construction but despite small mishaps from start of their operation, the service was great. All of the things are new, they even gave us kitchenwares and things we needed to use. Wifi was good, signal was good. Staff was very accomodating 24/7 and they made sure to helped us althroughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and treated like family. We will definitely come back. We were even noisy at the morning and all was ok so i thanked the neigborhood and they even gave me a space to park; felt like it was more of a team building than a business trip. This is what i am always looking for when i go outside, a home outside of home.

At night I could sit outside as I had the whole top floor to myself! The hosts are very friendly and helpful and you could tell they loved the place as much as I did! Work is being done at the moment to make this place an even better experience and I will definitely be back to have a look! It's a great area too. Monte Maria is less than one hour away and theres a great mountain walk at Bagalangit which again is less than one hour away.

As usual, Pico de Loro is a resort with great amenities, my kids love the beach, the kiddie pool and the play area. We are looking forward to our next stay.
