The location is excellent: just a 5–10 minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and everything else you might need within walking distance. I was also able to rent a nice scooter directly through the owners, which was super easy and convenient. They even gave me a lift to the airport when I left, which I really appreciated! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and everything I needed was provided. The shower had great pressure, which was a nice bonus. There was no warm water (or I didn’t find the switch), but I honestly didn’t mind – after a hot day outside, the cool shower was actually refreshing.

The location is great, in a calm area but close to the main town. Rooms are spacious and clean and the residence is surrounded by nature. As a solo traveller, it was great to have my own cabin with a comfortable bed and an electric fan to keep me cool at night. There is a handy kitchen to prepare food and the free coffee and water was an added bonus. I rented a scooter from the hostel owner to explore the island which was great.
