From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the surroundings. The air is filled with the sweet scent of roses, Jasmin, other flowers and trees, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The views around the area are nothing short of breathtaking, offering a picturesque backdrop that feels almost otherworldly. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious and plentiful breakfast filled with fresh and tasty options served in the beautiful front yard next to the olive tree the first morning, and on the terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding vineyards and orchards the next morning. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. He provided excellent restaurant recommendations (Belvin), and we ended up dining at one of their suggested spots twice, thoroughly enjoying the experience each time. We only wish we could have stayed longer to soak in more of the tranquility and beauty of this place. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this exceptional apartment to our friends and family. It truly is a gem that offers both comfort and a connection to nature.

The surrounding area is countryside but the level of comfort in the apartment is amazing. You can enjoy the peaceful little town but at the same time not lose the all the extras of a good apartment. Our family truly loved this place and we will definitely visit this place again. Also, the room was impeccably clean and the terrace outside our place is perfect for a nice long evening.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Kojsko, Pri Marjotu is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain. The property features a garden, bar and parking on-site among other facilities. The property features garden and city views, and is 40 km from Palmanova Outlet Village. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The people were very welcoming, full of recommendations and shared about their region and culture. We loved it!

There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The room is not like other rooms, and I mean that in a good way! Really beautiful and everything you need + a nice garden to eat our dinner in. We slept like babies in the excellent bed, and since there is no daylight and no noise from outside you are in a bubble of your own. Perfect for a romantic getaway since there is no WiFi and no cellphone reception either = you can read a book or have a real conversation. Parking is inside the gates, so once you find the house there is plenty of space. I own a B&B and now I want to go home and create something similar!

Beautiful surroundings, a charming room, a lovely backyard, and a refreshing pool — all thoughtfully refurbished with great taste and respect for tradition. The wines and breakfast were truly five-star, with special attention to dietary needs, which I sincerely appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!

Staff were very friendly, the room and surrounding areas were lovely and the wine tasting and dinner were excellent.

The homestay has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a patio with mountain views. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne. We were on a one night trip. The two bedroom apartment was a good size, well equipped, comfortable and clean. The host was friendly and helpful and we received a local wine as a gift. I would recommend it with a clear conscience.
