We had a wonderful stay and experience at PIA! Vuong and his wife were very warm and helpful and we felt really welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and charming. The location is close to anything. The private tour was well organized and insightful. And when one of us was sick they bought warm soup with noodles from down the road which was super kind of them! All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would always love to come back here again!

The lady and her husband are always smiling, ready to help with advice. She offered us water and fresh towels every day. Possibility of washing clothes in the accommodation. All locations and route maps to the nearest shops, pizzerias, as well as food and vegetable markets are listed in the room. All the things you need as a traveler are very close. Possibility of renting scooters. I highly recommend it.

They helped us with every little detail of our Cao Bang Loop. They let us check in early, which we were so grateful for as we needed the sleep. They helped us plan our trip allowing us to see some beautiful areas. We booked our motorbike through them which worked perfectly, they also provided proper helmet! So lovely, the most helpful hosts we’ve ever had!
