The place is clean, comfortable and nicely located – around 5 minutes walk from the Caravanserai. Ilgar, the host, is a very helpful, talkative and friendly person, one of the best hosts I ever met 😊 He speaks good English and has good knowledge about Seki – both practical (buses, marshrutkas, etc) and historical (about the area's history, palace, ...).

Large lockers, towels included, separated by men and women and the breakfast at the associated cafe was amazing - recommend the set with tomato/egg. Great value and staff were amazing - very helpful but also very friendly and passionate.

Communication wasn’t a barrier with the owner though speaks very little English but everything went well. I stayed for a couple of nights in a single room with comfortable bed & heating for the cold night. The 🚾 was shared with a 4dorm room with hot water. Simple breakfast consisted of butter, cheese, bread, boiled egg & tea. Located just 20 minutes walk from the bus station.
