AustriaWe met a lot of nice people and had great talks. We stayed in a shared dorm with 6 others and had an own bathroom in the room. This was really nice. The shower is big and everything was clean.

Love the themed nights at the Beaver Bar, there's also a big common room area to meet people in a more chilled setting. I was just using the hostel as a base while visiting a friend in Banff. The staff and other residents were all really nice and I appreciated the company and chats. Wifi worked well, bed was fine and room was clean. I didn't use the showers as went to friends place for a shower. A very safe place to be and didn't worry about my belonging going missing. It was initially recommended to me, as a a great place to stay if you're new to Banff, as the atmosphere is both welcoming and friendly.
