The best hostel i ever been so far to it was very nice the owner of the hostel make me feel at home. This is the only place you can cook a proper meal there are all the cooking equipment that you need ive never seen that in my life huge pot, medium pot, long knives as well in case you need to cook for a group you even have tissue in the kitchen. There is also netflix in the living room. And the bathrooms were always clean with fresh air. I have rarely seen a good hostel like this. Most importantly the staff was absolutely wonderful i can tell you the french owner is just amazing being a traveller himself you will have a fascinating and memorable conversation he is very humble i get to share a lot with him. For all these reasons i would definitely have stayed more if i had booked in advance. I highly recommend that place and also to book very early as its the best hostel in puerto varas you won't find better. Just 5 minutes walk to city center and you can grab the cheap bus to go anywhere. The staff welcome me with a smile everytime i speak with them. They even make sure youve enough plaid when you are watching tv. Just unbelievable

The staff was super friendly, and helped create a very nice atmosphere where you could feel at home. The common area is quite big and very nice, with a fire place and board games. I only regretted not booking more nights from start as they were quickly full. Highly recommend!

Homely and relaxed family feel. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. The place is kept very clean. Very comfortable beds, in a quiet location with few minutes walk into the Center of town. Lovely common spaces and a nice opportunity to meet all walks of life. Luciana the little girl and Alice the dog were both an added beautiful highlight to this special place. Thank you for everything! Great value for money would highly recommend to anyone reading this :).
