I stayed in a shared room, and my bed has amazing view for the lake. The place overall is cozy and clean, with good Wi-Fi. The whole area is very beautiful, very green, with a lot or palm trees and blossoming bushes, far from crowds, very calm. The most amazing is a heated pool, and variety of water activities. I’ll definitely come back. And it’s highly recommended for those who value spending time in nature.

The hotel was great, the room was really comfortable and we had a lovely view of the garden, which they lit up at night. The staff were super accommodating and friendly and the breakfast was good. I'd recommend it 100%.

Stayed here for 3 nights over New Year. It is located a short distance from the centre and although close to everything it was very quiet and totally safe. The hostel is very clean, well maintained with an adequate kitchen and good WiFi. Nice eating area and communal zone with a balcony. Curtains around the beds in the dorms provides good privacy. I made a mistake in my booking and they allowed me to change my dates with less than 24 hours notice. Much appreciated. Diego was very helpful and speaks excellent English. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Tip: Take the bus to "La Piedra", 80% cheaper than a tuktuk.

the staff is very welcoming and helpful. the breakfast was delicious and big! And the Casa is very beautiful, a little bit outside city center (15min walking), which is good considering the noise in the center. Here is quiet.

Farid and Juliana were exceptional hosts—so welcoming and friendly, they really made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived and they genuinely care about their guests. The hostel itself is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: the beds are cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s even a space to hang out clothes which came in very handy.
