This was one of my favourite accommodations in Central America. The (single) rooms are spacious with air con and a terrace, there's a pool and poolside bar, and it sort of feels like you're staying in a tropical villa with all the plants and fountains! Jenny at the tour office by reception was helpful to book tours with, and everything is walkable (including El Salto natural pools).

The Hostel its in the center, very clean and the breakfast in the morning was delicious! The staff it’s made by volunteers and for the time that I was there everyone was nice and welcoming! There is hot shower and internet works in the dorm Really recommend!

Great place! Incredibly kind host and volunteers, will go out of their way to help you and generally there's a cozy home-like atmosphere. The place is quite new, so super tidy and neat, with a very well equipped kitchen! Got great recommendations for acitivities and had an overall wonderful stay. Can recommend!!

Everything was surprisingly awesome. I ve read the reviews (and they are almost perfect) and i was still amazed with the awesomeness of this place. i must mention here that its a hard thing to do with my standards as i like to treat myself lux style too. The staff aka the Argentinian familia were mindblowing from the moment i stepped my foot in there. The vibes, the quirkiness and the warmth of their genuine human care just stole my heart, really. I was there two nights only, so its not like i had plenty of time to make connections and i was mostly out, of course. We shared conversations, laughs, beers, a dinner and almost a trip to the free hot springs. They organise many activities, have a whatsapp group, respond immediately in answer to all of the guests questions (and i had many) they support offline & online and speak perfect English. They could EASILY charge double or triple the price and i would still pay it. They even had a small bed lamp with a private outlet for every guest. Pura vida <3.

The location next to the River is lovely as i could hear it from my room and was very relaxing. This hostel is really good value, the kitchen is great and space to wash and dry clothes is a bonus. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
