The caretaker Ezequiel is a very kind and gentle person. He always greeted guests with a smile and tried to resolve their difficulties immediately. We had a lot of luggage, but they helped with taxi reservations, brought our luggage to the taxi stand, and provided various information related to city tours. The accommodation was clean, quiet and recently completed. The location is in the city center and very close to the park. I am grateful to Ezequiel in many ways.

Staff were superb. Very friendly and always helpful. Also, the location of the hostel is great, it is very close to the excitement that the city offers but it on a quiet street so you will be able to get rest and good sleep.

The host Beatrix was excellent. She had perfect English along with 4 other languages. She made me feel most welcome. Best albergue by far and I am on day 10 of my Camino walk. Breakfast also lovely.
