Amazing reception staff: helpful, friendly, accommodating! I felt welcome from the minute I entered the premises. Very comfortable beds, lockers to store luggage, a nicely equipped kitchen, a good variety of breakfast foods (Nutella makes it really special) plus an inner outdoor yard to sit down and have a smoke (which is quite a problem in many other places). I was very well received by Nelly, who speaks Spanish and a well of Portuguese. was a lovely person, helped me in everything! the staff always available to help, smiling, everything clean, and for me especially the bathroom. was always clean. what delighted me was the security of the rooms too. A wonderous hostel with everything you need. The staff were super friendly and helped me with everything i needed in the city. The vibes are ultra social with a free dinner and activities every night. The location is also superb with everything you need around you. Will for sure come back when I have the chance! It's a perfect place to stay. The greatest thing here is definately surrounded by nice people. More than that, the location is great. Within walking distance, you get everything you need, including tons of restaurants and bars. There are also activities for you to join, like only £4, you could have a family dinner made by the staff on Thursday, cocktail night, movie night...

Nice and clean! Perfect for a few nights. Staff was lovely and helpful. The neighborhood is nice and safe, the underground station is less than 10 min away and in 25-30 min you can get to most of the main touristic places. Bedding, towels and soap is provided, and there is a 24h dining hall with microwaves ,cutterly, which was very useful. They offer to keep your luggage with no extra cost before and after checking in/out :)

the staff was super friendly. On the day of departure they recommended something else to me so that I wouldn't waste my time. I actually wanted to chill out on the roof terrace for hours 😂 but they had a better idea for me. All in all, a really cool hostel. especially the roof terrace is mega. I love it.
