The atmosphere with the family being around is so nice. Everything is soo clean and the towels and bed sheets smell freshly washed. It is super close to the beach and it is very quiet in the area. You have to walk over a field to get to the hostel - so there are no traffic noises. So I loved it staying at their home.

We booked 3 nights and ended up staying 2 weeks. Anik was extremely welcoming and kind to us. We had a scooter accident and she helped us with the hospital, our laundry, the pharmacy, water, a SIM card... the whole package! She can arrange excursions at a good price and show you the best places in the area. The manager also has a bar, staying at Zigiz allows you to have discounts at the bar which is 2 steps from the beach! The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, cleaning every day at your request and the staff friendly and smiling! 100% recommended, eyes closed! Thank you again 😊 🇫🇷🇯🇵

In the best hostel in which I have stayed in Bali, more than a hostel seemed a Hotel. Beautiful Balinese construction, clean and the food was delicious. The staff was so kind, attentive and cheerful. Also I needed a bike to visit around and despite not having some available the manager rent me his bike for the day, so kind ! Everything was perfect. It's a pretty new hostel, they are planning to make a swimming pool etc.
