Hostels in Húsavík

The welcome staff, Anita, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to have a wonderful stay. She showed me around with a proper check-in tour (which some places are very lazy with with self check-in), and even chatted with me to tell me all about Husavik and great spots to visit. As well, when I was feeling run down from traveling and had stomach issues, the owner directed me to the pharmacy. They knew all the opening and closing times of places which changed depending on the season. The hostel itself was very clean and cozy. The dorm room was comfortable and all the guests who came thru were friendly. The common area upstairs was also very comfortable. They even had a clothes line outside I was able to use for my wet towel and clothes.
