Everything was great. At the beginning I thought it was far from the center, but it turned out to be very close to everything. It’s only 15 minutes from Hiroshima Shrine, and from there another 15 minutes to the memorial. There is also a direct bus to the center if you don’t want to walk. The family running the hostel is very friendly, and it’s just a 1-minute walk to a 7-Eleven, which was very convenient for drinks and snacks. There’s also a larger supermarket about 3 minutes away with really good sushi boxes.

The bed was huge, the biggest one I have seen in Japan so far. Rooms are amall but cozy and clean. The lounge sownstairs is awesome, location is very convenient and the staff is nice and helpful. I would stay again.

The hostess was the loveliest. She let me check in earlier, gave me a tour around the hostel, and told me what to do around. She was very helpful. Unbeatable location, just a 5 minute walk to the Peace Museum, plenty of buses nearby too. Easy to move around. Free toast and jam for breakfast, as well as tea and coffee. Face towel provided, and it gets changed daily. Very clean, great showers. All toiletries provided. Comfy and private beds. Great value for money.

Amazing and helpful staff, very responsive and engaged. We had a room with beautiful, big window and stunning view of the river. The room was spacious, which is not common in Japan. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was a bit small and can could get crowded, but it is not a big deal. We did not have much „in person” contact with the personel, they might seem a bit invisible and absent from the facility, but that is just an impression. Trust us- we had an emergency situation and they helped us to solve it despite the fact it was quite late and it was not their responsibility and fault at all.

Mohamed and the lady at the reception were both fantastic, friendly and so welcoming. You feel home immediately in the guest house. I wish i would have stayed for another night, but it was fully booked. Thanks again for everything for being so kind!

Staff were amazing, felt really clean and well looked after. Good kitchen space and location. Warm and beds were comfy
