I stayed 17 days during September. Location is sweet, the place is a beautiful mix between traditional look and modern comfort, they clean the place top to bottom everyday, they really rub all corners in the bathroom facilities. Showers are comfy and provide gel, shampoo, etc, I had to wait only couple of times to use them during just few minutes on all 17 days. Never had to wait for a toilet or a basin, there is plenty of those. Big elevator, drinks vending machines and a reasonably priced laundry machines. There is a fridge and a place to leave luggage while waiting for checkin or after checkout (or even during your stay), with locks to fix the luggage to a rod. The combination of location, comfort of the capsules and the facilities makes the price very reasonable, you would not even dream of paying that price in cities like Barcelona (where I live) or Paris in September. It is a little over the average price of hostels in Japan, but it is worth every penny. During the day there is people at the front desk, during night you need a code to get in. There are boxes with locks for shoes at the entrance. You need a card to enter the room. The capsule has a firm mattress (I loved it) over a traditional tatami, there is also extra space between the mattress and the curtain, so you can have privacy and your belongings and still be very comfortable. You also have a safe behind the bed (it is made with wood, but feels safe enough, I left my laptop, money and valuables there). There is an electricity outlet and a lamp. AC works great, one day it was a little too hot and I asked the staff and they went up and fixed it to be colder, nice service. You don't need to bring padlocks, they provide everything -if I recall right- for all the places that need them. Since I stayed so long, they asked me how often I wanted my bedding to be changed and the capsule cleaned, we agreed on every 4 days. They also provided EVERYDAY a fresh towel for no extra cost, crazily good service.

The way the beds are set up gives you plenty of privacy and comfort. The kitchen and hang out area are quite spacious and it was nice that they had decent coffee and matcha available at all times. I also enjoyed the different bread options for breakfast.
