Gaspard was an amazing host and taking very good care of everyone. Helping out with advice on skiing and providing shuttles to help us get the most out of our stay. Further, homemade dinner was cooked every night to an affordable price and the vibes at hostel was really nice and including. This place really made our trip something special!

I was initially skeptical about staying at Tsugaike seeing how the "main" resorts Happo-one and Hakuba 47 are quite a distance away. However, Hai Lodge was everything that previous reviewers had said. Tsugaike is a wonderful resort with many different terrains that would satisfy most people. The place was very well-maintained and clean. Josh and Victoria were wonderful hosts. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Hai Lodge and will definitely stay again next time!

We love Keimichi. The staff are the most friendly in town, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price is unbeatable. Keimichi is the place to stay in Hakuba. 10/10 would recommend.

Firstly the property is situated quiet strategic between all the restaurants and bus stops and ski slopes is just walking distance. Next was the amazing front desk that had assisted me throughout prior to check in. My flight got delayed, missed the connecting flight and I had to postpone a day and he was extreme accommodating and helped us as best possible! I am eternally grateful for the team that assisted me. It also has one of the biggest walk-in drying rooms ever and in house Onsen!

There’s a Mexican restaurant at the hotel which is good! Then next door is a bar with pizzas and burgers, that’s all there is for food options that I’m aware of. There’s a rental shop across the road and the bottom of Norikura mountain is a very short walk away. Great for a quick stay, it was a nice place and I would stay here again!
