Great place, very close to the railway station, bus stop and center of the city. Shehan is an amazing owner, he recommended great restaurants to eat and nice places to visit. He even helped me with my next journey to Tissa(bus information, accommodation and Yala national parks tour from his friend), I really appreciated his help!

Everything about this property was out of a fairy tale. The trip into the mountains, away from the main town definitely made it worth the effort getting there. The dorm room offers an unobstructed view of the Ella valley, and the landscaping, architecture, and design of the place was amazing. The couple who own the property were friendly, accommodative, and helpful. Cannot suggest anywhere better for your private gatherings or to just escape into the magical, cool and misty hills.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It’s out of town but that’s what made it so special, it was so peaceful. It had a beautiful view out into the rice fields and mountains and the walk along the train tracks was beautiful. The building itself was so cute and included brekky and dinner! Plenty to do around.

We were really happy to find this wonderful little place and to have such a warm and helpful host as Lahiru (who is an excellent chef btw). The location is a bit outside of ella which made the stay more calm and the view was breath taking. I can really recommend.
