Very nice hostel, full of art. Although located in the bustling Medina, it is very quiet and peaceful. There are lockers in the dormitories (but you need to have a lock or rent one from the reception). Dormitory beds are equipped with a privacy curtain and a reading lamp. Breakfast is excellent. There is a nice terrace on the roof where you can enjoy the sun or the stars and listen to the ocean :) The first time you find this hostel is not very easy (follow the directions on Medina street) but after that it is very easy.

Hostel riad maqam is ideally situated in Essaouira, and has a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace.

The staff was very obliging and sweet. The breakfast was delicious. And the location was fantastic -- right in the Medina, a short walk from everything. The rooms were extremely clean.

Great hostel! We stayed in one of the private rooms, and although a bit small overall it was good value for money as the bathrooms and floor is only shared with other private rooms. The hostel was very modern and clean. The location of the hostel is great aswell and the staff were lovely, and super friendly and provided great tips! would definitely recommend

There's definetely a wave which is wandering through the hostel storeys like a ghost throughout the day that is warm to the core which is not of a pretention but of very from the heart,you feel it. We loved the place so much we stayed an extra 2 nights. Top location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Incredible views, stunning sunrises and sunsets. We walked up to the sand dunes at Cap Sim, along the beach to Sidi Kaouki for lunch, so much to see. Felt connected to nature here, such a beautiful landscape. Perfect place to rest, relax, surf, hike, yoga, meditate or write.

Staff very nice, rooms clean. Each bed had a working outlet and curtains and the biggest room was only 6 beds. Communal kitchen for use and nice terrace with station for hanging clothes to dry if needed.
