The location is amazing, you are at the door of Bhaktapur's heart. I found superb that the owner and staff share with us the cultural events, they showed us around, told us about the traditional food and best places to eat and also enjoyed with us! We felt like a family there, everybody was very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Also the facilities are comfortable and clean, the place is super cool, warm space ideal to meet other travelers. But you can also find your space at the terrace and enjoy nice views of the city and mountains. We will definitely come back! Pd: We tried the best Dahl Bhat in Nepal here ;)

We had a wonderful stay at Peakman Residence! The place felt just like home – cozy, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially loved having access to the whole house, where we could prepare our own breakfast and enjoy relaxing movie nights. The bed was incredibly comfy and we slept really well. The host was super kind, flexible, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated being able to extend our visit. Also, the creative and clear graphics with house rules and explanations were a lovely touch and made everything easy to understand. Overall, a perfect stay – we would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!

Namaste. To all at Rest Up Kathmandu Hostel. A beautiful, relaxing,respectful, safe, warm, and friendly feeling among all the interesting staff. The water is hot, cleaning standard very high. Everything is so Shanti and kind. The guests have all been interesting with a community feel. To say I highly recommend it is not enough. I am loving my experience at this hostel. The location perfect. Come and tell your interesting adventure travel experiences to people, fellow travellers, who are genuinely interested, supportive and get buzzed up with it. Or just take yourself into contemplation, meditation or read your phone, the WiFi is super strong. I look forward to spending more time here. Approach Kathmandu with a Shanti Shanti. Dorms are best for solo female travellers. Comfortable and most importantly safe. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Filtered water for drinking available and hot showers. All facilities are clean. The staff keeps on cleaning. Cozy and truly comfortable.

Really an excellent place, great value, friendly and helpful staff, the hostel is located right in the middle of Tamel, wich is the touristic neighborhood of Katmadu, there's a lot of people and stuff going on outside of the hostel, still the place manages to have a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, the restaurant is also really good with high quality options, the guys working at the restaurant are exceptional, I'll come back for sure after my trek

The personel is very friendly, funny and helpful. The whole hostel is nice and clean and my room had everything I needed. The location was really great for my needs and also close to everything that one might want to do. Even though I have not had the opportunity (as I was working) I do appreciate the free trips they organise. If ever coming back to Kathmandu, there is no other place I would stay.
