I really like the room that I’m staying in. It has a bathroom and a balcony. I can see the mountains from the balcony. I also like vibe auf the hostel. It’s very easy to meet new people. I do like the receptionists as well. It is a really great staff! I want to point out that Kim is really nice and helpful too.

The lodge was easy to find once we got into Queenstown. Our room was cosy, warm, quiet and surprisingly spacious! The unit we stayed in felt like a house. The shared kitchen was huge and was open plan. It led to the lounge which led outside to a secluded seating area for our unit. The shared bathroom facility in our unit was clean and toiletries were supplied. Everything was organised and well laid out for the guests staying. It was better than what I expected.

The hostel was excellent. Everything was clean (sheets, blanket, kitchen, bathroom), the bed was comfortable, no problem with wifi, there was a heater when the days were cold, and the recepcionist Deepak was really nice when gave me a hand with my luggage (it was heavy) up stairs. And the view of the lake from my room was stunning.
