Way better than expected to be honest, people in the reception are very nice, very comfty bed, the room with a fan because AKL can be warmsometimes, and with windows, which is importan. Toilets and showers always clean and a lot of them thru the 2 levels. Totally recommended

The staff there awesome!! Special for James and Anne :) Both of them always nice to all the people and very helpful. I lost my bear in the room when I checked out and they keep the bear for 2 weeks for me!
