It was very nice. We would totally recommend this place. Nice staff and also a great place for connecting to other travellers. Also good breakfast options for vegetarians. The tram station and a supermarket are close to it.

excellent option to stay couple of nights in the city. public transport in ~500m with a perfect schedule. the room itself is a little basic, but served my needs. staff at the reception very kind and helpful. check-in, check-out easy like 1x1. kitchen is well equipped.
