The atmosphere of the place was incredible. Colleen managed to create a warm environment where l felt very comfortable and welcomed. It felt more like staying in a shared home than in a typical hostel. Everything was well-maintained. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Colleen is always ready to help you with your itinerary or anything else. I highly recommend this hostel.

We would definitely recommend staying here. The building is beautifully maintained, both in the common areas and the rooms. Everything is spotless and very well organized. The staff are absolutely lovely – super helpful, always ready to explain how everything works and what to see in town. The location couldn’t be better: just 3 minutes from the lake, right under the castle, close to a supermarket and with plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking is available on request for an extra fee, which is very convenient. Honestly, I can’t think of a better place in Bled at this price point. It exceeded our expectations by far. Although it’s a Youth Hostel, the atmosphere is calm and respectful, with a lot of care taken to make it comfortable for everyone. The rooms have lockers, and both the beds and pillows are excellent, they felt brand new.

The space created transmits peace and harmony. It's really a beautiful project that exudes core principles of sharing, of love, and of simplicity. It's a delight to be there and would surely come back, wherever the next "Nomad's tent" sets. The atmosphere is fantastic, the garden is beautiful, there's a certain proximity to Bled, however visitors should plan for having a car, or planning a transportation to Bled as it's not that close. The eclectic but tasteful decor inside is really well thought, for anyone who's travalled and slept in a tent in the wilderness, the care to recreate that feeling is definitely there. I loved how bright and welcoming the rooms felt. The vibe was really warm. Having a balcony to step on to was amazing. However, I might suggest to put some balcony furniture outside to have a place to sit 🪑:) the place was very secure and no one without a key is able to get in. That was wonderful. Also, the owner is very accommodating if you need to stay a few hours longer due to rain or circumstances. Thank you for that! Easy location to get to! Free laundry with a laundry pod only for 1€. That is a huge bonus

The owner is friendly and eager to help; he allowed us an early check-in, showed us the property, and explained everything in detail. The hostel has a great set of rules to help its guests to maintain cleanliness and preserve the comfort of others. I felt safe and secure there.

My experience at the hostel was great. The owner and staff were really kind and helpful, helping out with things to do and visit in the region. Also the location is perfect, 1: you are at the station of Lesce which gives you good connection to a lot of different city’s in Slovenia and Austria. 2: Bled is really close to go visit, you could rent a bike or take a short bus ride to go visit. I like to be close to touristic places but not stay in too busy areas, that’s why it was perfect for me.

Good clean room. Very hospitable staff. The atmosphere surrounding the accommodation is beautiful and peaceful.
