Great location. Room was very airy and light, super clean. Nice city view from the room. The common area was fantastic as well. We booked breakfast but unfortunately due to bad planning on our side, we couldn't take the main one as we left too early on our trip :( Instead we snacked on early bird option :D But the menu looked superb! Would definitely stay again in the future and try it :-)

We stayed for 3 days and we had a comfortable stay. The hostel is close to the Taichung Station and to the Taroko Mall which is convenient. Serves also good breakfast. The staff are accomodating and can speak english.

Stray Birds Taichung Hostel is set in Taichung. Popular points of interest nearby include Kuangsan SOGO Dept. Store and National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts.

Nice design, cozy public area and the lounge. The staff are very friendly, and we become friends. The location is also very convenient! There is a night market just next to the hostel which has many delicious local food!!!
