Was very quiet and homey. The place is literally a house in a small neighbourhood just out of downtown. Although it's a little far from the main attractions, there is a grocery store, a Target, a bagel shop (Einstein Bros Bagels), and a metro station (Overtown) down the street. Also, the MetroMover station (Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr.), which is free to use, is also a easy walk away and is very useful for getting around downtown or going north/south of downtown.

Stay was superb and exceeded expectations, very well made, nice and quiet. Bus stop is next door where all buses stop and especially the Miami free trolley bus for commute for near around areas, super market is close by for daily needs including coffee shop and subway and one other cafe

Good location near to the airport. Basic but comfortable. Very nice people. I got sick on arrival due to food poisoning. The owner of the hotel went with me to a shop to purchase medicines. Excellent service, he really saved me with that because I had another flight the next morning. Thanks!
