Friendly and helpful staff, I met nice people. The morning front desk guy was excellent! Great location, close to all the landmarks.

I find the property excellent for solo or group travellers. The security system is excellent. There's a brewed coffee and pancakes every morning for guests that you can enjoy. It is situated near the iconic places of Washington DC. The room was enough for any travellers who need for short stay in Washington DC. However, not good if you have so many luggages because it will be difficult for you to go upstairs with the not so spacious hallway and room assignment. One of the customer officer representatives I engaged was helpful and kind. I stayed for a week. I gave her some USD becuase I was really happy with services and her style of accommodating me. The Cook was kind and polite also, he gave me directions. Of course, I gave him tips because I was satisfied.

I really like this place, It's very clean, I have 2 days at hostel caravan, the receptionists are very friendly. They are always available.
