When I initially wrote the comment a made a mistake as I confused It with other hostel. It was perfect, very confortable and safe (like everywhere in Viena). Everyone was really friendly and both the capsules and the bathrooms were really clean. They have free lockers and ear plugs. If I ever go back to Viena I would surely consider staying here again

The people at the reception and restaurant there were very helpful and polite. The meals (we had breakfast and dinner) were tasty and in a very good price.The chef was an amazing guy, he had no problem with anything. He explained everything and even brought us food to taste if we didn't know it and couldn't decide. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, heating worked well. There was no problem with noise in the evening or night - it was a bit busier, but it's a hostel, so when you stay there you have to expect a slightly busier environment.

The room was very quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors at all. The breakfast buffet was more monotonous, but absolutely sufficient. The staff was very nice with beautiful English. I felt very comfortable there, I didn't expect too much and I was very pleasantly surprised.
