Even though we were late for check-in and missed the scheduled time, they patiently sent us detailed instructions and accommodated our request to switch to a self check-in option outside regular hours. Don’t hesitate to contact them via WhatsApp—they’re very kind, responsive, and ready to help with anything you might need. (Also, we recommend that future guests inform themselves in advance about the self check-in option. It's so easy, and it can really help reduce stress in case you need to change your check-in time unexpectedly)
