The hostess was very kind and welcoming, she provided us with everything we needed. Breakfast is very generous. The location is very convenient if you're going to Torres del Paine, as it's 3 min away from the bus station.

Breakfast was delicious and after travelling for a few weeks this was the best sleep we had all had in a long time. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were also very friendly and accomodating and the resident dog was very adorable.

We were very happy with this stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Puerto Natales. The staff were amazing and super accomodating. We were able to leave our luggage when going to do the W-trek and on check out days when we were still hanging around the town a little bit. The included breakfast is good value for money and the kitchen is also very good and practical, we returned from our trek at 10pm and they let us order burgers still which were very good. Amazing location as well just a few hundred meters from anything you’d need.
