The free breakfast was a must. There was so much attention to make our stay as comfortable, pleasant as possible. We definitely recommend this stay for everyone who wants to be close to the bus station for departure to Torres Del Paine National Park. It was clean, comfortable.

Puma House er staðsett í Puerto Natales og í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Puerto Natales-rútustöðinni. Very nice atmosphere to chill on rest days. We rented a sleeping bag and foam mats for the O-Trek (be warned the sleeping bags don’t compress well but are very warm) - staff were very helpful with any questions. The place is completely cleaned very regularly.

Oh lord they are amazing! Big and comfy! The ensuites for the four-share dorms are modern and clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

With an excellent location right in the city centre, Wild Hostel offers accommodations in Puerto Natales. Free Wi-Fi access is available and guests are served a daily complimentary American breakfast.... We were very happy with this stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Puerto Natales. The staff were amazing and super accomodating. We were able to leave our luggage when going to do the W-trek and on check out days when we were still hanging around the town a little bit. The included breakfast is good value for money and the kitchen is also very good and practical, we returned from our trek at 10pm and they let us order burgers still which were very good. Amazing location as well just a few hundred meters from anything you’d need.

Super clean, good breakfast, great bathrooms (we were wary about them being shared, but they turned out to be super clean and felt like private bathrooms anyway), and amazing staff.
