After explaining the situation, and my limited mobility from the injury, staf went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I genuinely felt as though my comfort and peace of mind was their concern. So, thank you, Sebastien, Santiago, David and the rest of the crew, including the cleaning staff who did a fantastic job of keeping the room tidy, beds made, and the coffee always hot. The hotel was great, the room was really comfortable and we had a lovely view of the garden, which they lit up at night. The staff were super accommodating and friendly and the breakfast was good. And even to our surprise a good hot shower! 20 min Walking distance to all the shops we loved the walk! Great ppl and all in all a great environment
