Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. A must visit place if staying in Palomino. I am sad to be leaving and will be returning if I’m any where palomino again. The location is central a 5 minute walk from the beach and on the main strip with all the restaurants and bars. The Maria Mulata bar is for sure the most lively place with music and games going on every night. The food is also great it’s the busiest spot in Palomino for good reason. Have no said this the rooms and quiet and the garden is a lovely place to hang out- equipped with hammocks and the pets: an owl, two macaw parrots (that will speak to you in Spanish if your lucky), a cat and a couple of iguanas. The workers in this hostel are so lovely and make you a part of their family instantly on arrival. Thank you all at Maria Mulata!
