Great food, starink wifi at defined hours, and if you want to avoid the massive tourism on the side from Cabo to Zaino, this place is absolute heaven. There are also 2 resident dogs.amazing the way they can guide you through the jungle, treat them well and they will care for you.

El Rodadero beach is 2 km from the property. I LOVED this hostel, the beach was great without any waves, not a lot of people, very calm water. The breakfast was delish, the food and drinks sold at the bar were very good, a bit pricey but not too bad. I will stay here everytime I visit Santa Marta. Do keep in mind that it's like 15/20 min drive to the center of Santa Marta, but taxis are cheap.

Really nicely Designed rooms with mosquito nets and shelves. Hammocks outside the rooms with a great view of the mountains. Several dinner options are available every evening (25-40.000 COP) as well as laundry Service (8000 COP/kg). All the people working there are really nice and caring! Approx. 45 min away from Minca with bigger backpacks (mototaxis can get you there too). Close to Cascada Escondida/Perdida to swim. Hiking to pozo azul & la candeleria/nuevo mundo are possible without going back to town.
